How large do you print?
I generally print up to 60" wide by 9' long. Technically, a print could be up to 40' long because I use roll paper.
What Is Your Print Quality Like?
I create fine art prints using the same technology and materials you would find in a high-end photography gallery. This means I start with a high resolution photograph and print on archival 100% cotton papers with archival pigment inks. My prints resist fading for over 100+ years.
I use an archival, 12-ink pigment printer. Many commercial printers only use 3-5 inks. However, my 12-ink printer can achieve vibrant colors and smooth gradations that printers with fewer inks cannot. The ink I use has pigment in it similar to paint.
Do you offer custom sizes?
In many cases, I'm able to offer custom sizes.
How long does it take to ship unframed prints?
UNFRAMED prints sent to buyers in the continental USA usually arrive in 1-2 weeks. Unframed prints sent to international buyers arrive in 3-4 weeks. Unframed prints ship via USPS, which is the most affordable shipping carrier available. If shipping costs seem high, it's because any package over 24" in length is placed into a special 'oversized' shipping rate category.
How long does it take to ship framed prints?
FRAMED prints to buyers in the continental USA arrive in 3-4 weeks. I don't ship framed prints internationally.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
UNFRAMED print orders may be canceled if the order hasn't been shipped. If your unframed print has been sent, you must return the print to get a refund. Shipping and packaging costs will not be refunded. And, you are responsible for the costs associated with returning the art to my studio.
FRAMED print orders may be canceled if the print hasn't been sent to the framer yet. If your print has been shipped to the framer, you may return it but shipping and packaging costs will not be returned nor will framing costs be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only sell internationally through my Etsy store. I regularly ship prints to Australia, the UK, and Canada as well 10 other countries. Prints ship rolled, in a heavy duty shipping tube. Please note, I only ship unframed prints internationally. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees / VAT/import tax. It's impossible for me to pay these fees in advance. Please check with your local customs office to see if you will owe import tax. I ship USPS priority mail international to most countries. However, some countries do not offer tracking once my shipment leaves the USA.
