Jessica loves helping clients discover artwork that reflects their unique style. She also enjoys collaborating with other creatives including interior designers and architects on large projects.
Jessica is extremely passionate about photography, entrepreneurship, and community. She lives, shoots, and prints her artwork in Durango, a small mountain town in Southwest Colorado. Jessica holds a BA from Cornell University where she studied art history and business. Before launching her art business, Jessica served as the Director of Corporate Grants and Director of Content for a nation-wide non-profit run by Kimbal Musk (Tesla, SpaceX, Solar City). Here, Jessica worked to bring healthy food and hands-on STEM programming to underserved youth. Jessica believes providing children with 21st century science and technology skills is absolutely critical for our collective future. And, she loved working towards this goal in a professional capacity.
Unexpectedly, Jessica had to leave this non-profit position in her late 20’s when an incurable inflammatory disease left her bed ridden. This challenge fueled an introspective phase that ultimately inspired Jessica to launch her photography business. This was the best silver lining Jessica could have asked for. Jessica loves the impact of large scale prints. And she enjoys capturing traditional subjects in non-traditional ways, preferably in motion.
